Award Criteria
The award criteria are based on evidence and documents confirming that companies and institutions secure the assets used in their remote work. We recommend that you follow the administrative and youth guidelines for remote work.
1- Has the Institution amended its bylaws and internal laws to suit the remote work style?
Evidence: Copy of the decision and the amended articles
2- Has the Institution created a digital office for continuous communication between employees?
Evidence: Link to visit the digital office
3- Has the Institution provided employees with the necessary equipment to accomplish their work productively remotely?
Evidence: Equipment and Supplies List
4- Did the Institution create a devise tool for measuring employee performance – a tool for measuring work time – a tool for measuring productivity in work and tasks accomplished?
Evidence: Copy of the employee performance evaluation form at a distance
5- Do managers communicate with employees on a daily basis to define tasks and help?
Evidence: Copy of the communication
6- Has the Institution scheduled weekly / monthly meetings with the online office digital to share work accomplishments and challenges?
Evidence: Copy of the weekly / monthly meeting schedule
7- Does the Institution conduct job interviews OR recruitment processes remotely?
Evidence: Copy of an e-mail indicating the existence of a job interview through digital communication
8- Has the Institution provided a hotline to call on emergency?
Evidence: Copy of the circular book
9- Has the Institution developed a system that protects its information and customer information that is being worked outside its digital scope?

10- Has the Institution developed a team to foresight the future or the quickest response team for emergency situations?
