Mazen Laham has more than 30 years of experience, with exceptional practical experience and expertise in various program branches such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, robotics, security, Blockchain, ERP enterprise. In 2016, he was awarded the prize for the best Arab software developer in the region at a smart government celebration in Kuwait under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Muhammad Al Abdullah Al Sabah and heads of United Nations diplomatic bodies. His program has been recognized by DevExpress.com for the United Nations, an American global software company has selected him as a success story as a researcher and computer scientist, Mr. Laham contributes in the field of computer science by publishing research papers in various fields. Recently, he has worked on advanced search engines by building BIG DATA and AI. He holds many international certificates such as Amazon AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF Enterprise Architect, Certified Ethical Hacker.

Cesar Moukarzel is a Senior Director of Consultancy at Sia Partners – Middle East and has more than 10 year experience in strategic planning, innovation management, performance management, motivational program management, balanced scorecard methodology, information technology and social responsibility. He worked on implementing strategies and following up their performance in several projects in the Far East (Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore), Gulf Cooperation Council countries and the Middle East.

Eng. Moukarzel holds an MA in Strategy and Innovation from the University of Oxford, and holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the American University of Beirut.
